• I Don't Do FREE Sketches, So Please Don't Ask

05 PROCESS & DELIVERY

• The Time It Takes To Finish A Commission Varies From 5-30 Days Depending The Type Of Commission​​

• Delivery Time For Line Art: ~1 - 5 Days​

• Delivery Time For Flat Colors: ~3- 10 Days​​

• Delivery Time For Cel Shading: ~10 - 20 Days

• Delivery Time For Illustration: ~20 - 30 Days​

• Delivery Time For Simple Comic Pages: ~3 - 10 Days​

• Delivery Time For Full Comic Pages: ~10 - 30 Days​​

• Delivery Time For Coloring: ~10 - 30 Days​​

• Delivery Time For Character Sheets: ~10 - 30 Days​​

• Add 1 Extra Day Per Extra Character, And 2 Extra Days Per Extra Variation (For Safety Reasons)

• ​Due To Factors Such As Health, The Complexity Of The Commissioned Piece, Commissions In Queue, Or Other Factors The Delivery Time Might Vary​

• After The Commission Request Has Been Approved, I Start Working On 2 - 3 Sketches, Unless The Client Has Chosen A Specific Pose Beforehand

• Then I Send You The Sketch/es And You Approve Your Favorite If More Than One

• Depending On The Type Of Commission, I Will Jump Straight To Coloring Or Refine The Sketch​

• Once The Piece Is Finished You Will Receive The Full Resolution HD Image, And All Sketches

• Note That There Are No Physical Products

06 REVISIONS

• You Get 3-4 FREE Revisions On Each Commission Regardless Of The Type

• ​Add 20% of FULL Price Per Extra Revision Requested Regardless Of Commission Type

• If You Wish For Me To Change Something In The Drawing Once The Commission Is Finished, I Will Charge You An Extra 20% of the FULL Price To Change It.

• Think Of It As If A New Revision Was Added To The Commission Job

• If You Are Not Satisfied With The Final Image Even After Using All Of Your Revisions And You Ask To Start Over, A New Full Quote Needs To Be Paid As If A New Artwork Has Been Commissioned​

09 COPYRIGHT & USES

• I, Hidden Booty (The Artist):

  • Reserve The Right to Cancel And Refund The Order At Any Time For Any Reason

  • Retain All Copyrights Over The Commissioned Artwork

  • Will NOT Claim The Intellectual Property (IP) Of The Commissioned Artwork

  • Will NOT Profit Further From The Commissioned Artwork Unless You (The Customer) Break Any Of The Terms

  • Reserve The Right To Post The Commissioned Artwork Online In My Portfolio

• You (The Customer / Commissioner):

  • May Upload The Commissioned Artwork On Any Website And Social Channels

  • May NOT Make Profits From The Commissioned Piece (Reselling, Redistributing, Uploading To POD-Services, Make Prints, etc.)

  • May NOT Alter The Commissioned Artwork Without My (The Artist's) Consent

  • May Be Allowed To Sell The Artwork If It Is An Adoptable

  • Please Discuss This With Me Prior To Paying For The Artwork

  • Retain The Rights To The Intellectual Property (IP)

  • May NOT Use The Commissioned Artwork For Commercial Purposes

• The following is considered copyright infringement:​

  • Reproducing / Using The Copyrighted Artwork Commercially Meaning Making Money Off Of It In Any Way Not Excluded From These Terms

  • Claiming The Artwork As Your Own

  • Altering The Artwork Without My Consent

  • In Some Cases, The Commercial Rights To The Image May Be Purchased

10 REFUND POLICY & CANCELATION

• The Buyer Is Not Allowed A Refund Once I Have Started Working On The Commission

• If For Any Reason I Am Unable To Start Your Commission You Will Receive A Full Refund

• If You Cancel Your Order Before I Started It, You Can Get A Full Refund

• If You Are Getting A Refund, Do Not Request A PayPal Chargeback. I Will Transfer The Money Back To You Myself

• If You Request A PayPal Chargeback At Any Point When You Were Not Allowed To Ask For A Refund You Will Lose All Beforementioned Rights To The Commissioned Piece And I Will Have The Full Right To Profit Further From It In Any Way.

• I Will Decline The Chargeback And Supply PayPal With Our Conversations In Which We Talk About The Commission As Evidence That I Have Completed Work For You.

• Furthermore, You Will Be Blacklisted For Commissioning Me Again

• Sketch And/Or Final Sketches

• Color Compositions (Depending On The Complexity Of The Commissioned Piece)

• Full-Resolution File / Files (JPG, 300 DPI, +4K) Of The Final Drawing And A Smaller Version (PNG, 300 DPI, +2K) For Internet Upload

• Any Adobe Photoshop .PSD Files Are Sold Separate Either By Purchasing The Individual File Or By Purchasing Commercial Rights
